Jeff Bischoff

Jeff Bischoff founded Old Greenwich Consultants in 2009 and has served as its CEO ever since. Old Greenwich is a boutique executive search firm focused exclusively on the private wealth management industry, with retained search relationships across more than two dozen firms.

Bischoff's career in financial services recruiting spans three decades. He has placed more than four hundred professionals at every level of the industry, from third-year associates to twenty-year managing directors, including full team lift-outs and solo-practitioner placements. The firms he has served include Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, UBS, Merrill Lynch PBIG, HighTower, First Republic Bank, Dynasty, Cresset, IEQ Capital, and Apollon Wealth, alongside a growing roster of multi-family offices and boutique RIAs.

Old Greenwich Consultants is one of the founding organizations of The Agora. Its placement infrastructure and senior network in the private wealth industry are extended through the partnership to admit and support the next generation of practitioners.
