Agora associates are college students and recent graduates who work inside the consortium for a four-month season. They handle business development research, prospect outreach, event coordination, and operational support for consortium members.

In return, they get daily proximity to senior practitioners, direct mentorship, career placement through the network, and a working knowledge of how wealth management actually operates. The program is not a classroom. There is a building full of practitioners, a set of real deliverables, and a team of associates who earn their place by contributing.

Graduate school costs $200,000 to $350,000 and takes two to three years. Entry-level corporate programs are contracting. The Agora offers a structured alternative: learn by working inside the room where business happens. The cost is a fraction of graduate school. The return is immediate and compounding.

Inaugural associates. Applications for Fall 2026 open in August.
